Mark Russell
Managing Director
Mark has been on an incredible personal journey for nearly 30 years and has helped numerous people along the way.
As well as prioritising his own mental health, he says, “I cannot stress enough the importance of putting your own wellbeing first. If you don’t look after yourself, you won’t be in a position to help anyone else”.
In addition to his formal qualifications, he draws from his own personal experience and delivers powerful and resonating messages, while being committed to helping break down the stigma that continues to be associated with all aspects of mental health.
“Stigma is only a 6 letter word, but it is the biggest barrier to people opening up and talking about their mental health. Whilst progress is being made, there is still a long way to go and I am happy to play my part in this vital process”, he added.
